Upon your journey away

Let my father know, today

I have defined manhood

I’m very unsure if my definition is good

But I am hopeful

I stood tall

I fought for all

Everything that I feel inside

Never wavered to the wrong side

The path of wrong

Never to walk alone

I thank you for my name

You’ll never hear It bring you shame
